- Get to know Valley staff and students, build relationships: know at least 50% of staff by name by the end of 1st quarter. [NOTE the SPECIFIC & MEASURABLE GOAL!]

- Document the specific interactions and time in the halls and classrooms.

- Continue relationship building and interaction-- work on the remaining people and their names.
