GOALS:
- Improve overall equity within the building.
- Increase student involvement in Valley clubs and activities.
METHODS:
- EQUITY
- Work with Iowa State University in facilitating the equity study-- provide resources, access, and feedback as requested.
- Participate in Community Forums regarding equity and race relations
- Consciously check for personal bias
- STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
- Promote clubs and activities through signs and announcements
- Hold a Club & Activities Fair

- EQUITY
- Quantitative: ISU's team will provide feedback regarding positive practices and areas of concern.
- Qualitative: impression based on what is observed of specific student behavior and interaction as well as dialogue feedback.
- Goals will be an ongoing process; constant improvement is sought.
- STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
- Data will be collected as to number of students involved in Valley clubs and activities both in raw number and in percentage of student population.
